Thank you for contacting us. We understand that due to logistics issues, you were unable to receive your shipment on time and were consequently charged a €50 penalty by the platform. We fully understand the situation and sincerely regret this.

 

Regarding your request that we cover this fine, we would like to clarify that, in accordance with our after-sales service terms, we only issue full refunds for undelivered orders. Since logistics and delivery are coordinated by third-party logistics providers and the platform operator, this delay was not directly caused by us; therefore, we are unable to provide additional compensation.

 


To resolve your issue as quickly as possible, we recommend that you:

 

 

We agree to issue a full refund for your order; or we will provide you with evidence that the shipping carrier caused the delivery failure, to support your refusal to pay the penalty.
